5th EPNS Research Meeting

EPNS Research Meeting, Essen, Germany: 28-29 October 2016

The meeting is limited to 180 participants, divided into 9 workshops. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

There will be a plenary session focusing on two diverse topics:
· the role of imaging in the field of paediatric neurology
· career aspects of young colleagues.

There will be 9 different working groups:
Each delegate can register for two working groups.
1. Neonatal Neurology, Neurodegeneration and Neuroprotection
2. Neurometabolics
3. Ataxia
4. Developmental Neurology
5. Neuromuscular disorders
6. Autoimmune inflammatory diseases
7. Epilepsy
8. Paediatric Stroke
9. Movement disorders

Over the next few weeks, the Working Group Chairs will be providing more information about each working group, together with more detailed programmes.

All paediatric neurology colleagues are invited to join the research meeting and to bring up ideas for other working groups! Please encourage junior scientists to participate in the workshops and PhD students will get the chance to present their work.
